"...Patriot installed our whole house generator about 3 months ago, I figured now that I invested in this we would never loose the power again. We just has about 8" of heavy snow that came on Thanksgiving eve and the electric has been down for a total of 32 hours. "...had to have my house upgraded to 200 amp service. I had other electricians come to give esti-mates, but I found them to be rude or felt they were under qualified for the job.
